After earning her BFA in Theatre from NYU’s TISCH School of the Arts, Shani lived in Manhattan for 13 years and spent much of that time traveling the country performing and pursuing her dreams. Eventually she was offered the opportunity to relocate to Arizona and to begin a career in Commercial Real Estate specializing in property management. In 2021, Shani received her Brokers License in Commercial Real Estate and in 2022 founded Obsidian Real Estate.
